Three ride options:

115 km circuit, including a loop of the Dookie race circuit, departing 8.00 am (The Dookie Loop is optional, reducing the ride by a little over 15 kms) Registrations from 7.00 am

50 km gentle circuit, departing 9.30 am. Registrations from 8.00 am

Kids’ Ride to KidsTown  6 km – registrations from 9.30 am and the ride departing at 10.00 am.

A gentle ride along the bike paths between Princess Park and SPC KidsTown Adventure Playground. Spend and hour or so at KidsTown and return along the same paths to Princess Park for lunch and to greet the returning 115km and 50km riders.

Adults must be accompanied by a child under 12


115 km – $100 ($110 for entries on the day)

50 km – $75 ($85 for entries on the day)

Kids’ Ride to KidsTown – $25 for a child and adult ($30 for entries on the day)

(Web site entries are preferred. Registration on the day will be available at an extra cost of $10 cost per entry. EFTPOS facilities will be available at the start finish line)


The rides are not races but are meant to be challenges and fun. No places are recorded, times kept or trophies awarded. The 50km and 115 km rides are basically over flat terrain. Training for the rides is necessary, especially the 115km event. You should have ridden at least half each distance previously. A minimum speed of 25 km per hour is expected.

On road support

 Riders are expected to follow the designated ride route. Directional signs will be placed at relevant corners.

Lead car and tail car provided for each ride.

Hot Showers

Male and female showers available at the Start/Finish


Complimentary hamburgers and sausage sizzle, fruit, soup, rolls, salads and tea and coffee provided for riders at the finish line and food and drinks provided at stops throughout the ride
